The connection
TutorCruncher is a tutoring business management platform covering lesson booking, scheduling, invoicing and CRM. It publishes an API, and the key is issued from your own account rather than through an approval process.
Direct write
TutorCruncher publishes API documentation and issues a private key from the Integrations page inside your own account, passed in the request Authorization header. There is no partner approval sitting between you and getting started, and webhooks are available so changes can flow back out in real time rather than on a nightly sync. There is also a Socket server that exposes the same surface if that suits your setup better. We confirm the exact endpoints in scope with you during the build rather than promising a capability we have not tested against your account.

The agent learns your appointment types, your practitioners, your hours, and the questions your front desk actually gets asked. A clinic agent does not sound like a plumbing agent.
Calibrate
Every month we review what the agent handled, what it got wrong, and what changed in your practice, then adjust. Calibration is part of the product, not an upsell.
