Who we are
Elevate (ABN 66 820 829 012) builds customised AI infrastructure for Australian service businesses. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Elevate, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our website or contacts us.
What information we collect
We only collect information we need to respond to you and run our business. That includes:
- Information you give us through our forms or by email, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and any message or enquiry details you choose to provide.
- Technical information collected automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, used only to keep the site secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- Booking information if you schedule a call, handled by our scheduling provider (see disclosure below).

Who we share it with

Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store data on servers located outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our site uses minimal cookies and similar technologies needed for the site to function and to remember basic preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we keep it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that store enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Accessing and correcting your information
