Fair use
Every plan includes generous agent minute and SMS allowances designed to cover typical usage with margin to spare. If you go over, the overage rate is flat and transparent, and we tell you when you're at 80% of your monthly threshold, so you can see it coming, no surprise invoices at the end of the month.
If you're consistently exceeding your tier's allowance, we'll have a Calibration conversation about moving you up to the right plan. The overage rates are designed to be fair, not punitive.
