- Step 1
Discovery call (30 min)
We cover your business, hours, team, booking system, and your current biggest frustration.
- Step 2
Inspection (1-2 days)
We examine your site, CRM, phone system, tools, and team workflow, then come back with a written proposal within 48 hours.
- Step 3
Proposal and agreement
Tailored to your business, not a template. Setup fee plus a monthly plan. Sign and we start.
- Step 4
Build (2 weeks)
We configure your agent, integrate your systems, write your scripts, and test together. You hear your agent answer real-sounding calls.
- Step 5
Launch
Conditional forwarding goes live. Your reception keeps working as normal; the agent catches what they can't.
- Step 6
Calibration (every month, forever)
Monthly review and tuning. The system gets sharper while everyone else's drifts.
Your part
- Access to your booking system / CRM (or willingness to let us set one up).
- 30 minutes a week during the build, for testing and feedback.
