Our intake questions are long. Will callers put up with that?

That is a real design question and we treat it as one. We usually split it: the agent captures what is genuinely needed to book, and the longer intake goes out as a form afterwards. Interrogating someone for four minutes on the phone loses bookings.

Can it handle different funding types?

It can ask and record which applies and route accordingly. It does not make eligibility determinations, because that is your team's call, not a phone agent's.

What happens if it does not understand someone?

It hands off rather than guessing. We would much rather it pass a call to a human than confidently book the wrong thing.

Do we have to change our phone number?

No. Your number stays where it is.
